Experienced Automotive Technician -

Hours and Compensation

Pay: Flat rate based on experience and productivity ($22–$35 per flat‑rate hour)
Guaranteed minimum hours at hire • Bonuses • Regular rate increases

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
No weekends

What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical vehicle concerns

• Perform advanced repairs on engines, transmissions, powertrains, and electrical systems

• Use modern scan tools, wiring diagrams, and service information to troubleshoot efficiently

• Complete repairs accurately with minimal comebacks

• Communicate repair findings clearly with service advisors

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Experience Requirements

Applicants must meet one of the following:

• 5+ years of hands‑on, on‑the‑job automotive technician experience, or

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience plus 2 years of automotive schooling (technical school, trade program, or similar)

What We’re Looking For -

• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills

• Broad mechanical knowledge across engines, transmissions, powertrains and electrical systems

• Ability to work independently and handle complex repairs

• Experience using diagnostic equipment and interpreting wiring diagrams

• Clean, valid driver’s license

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day

• Own a basic professional tool set or participate in our tool purchase program

• Team‑focused, guest‑oriented mindset

• Interest in staying current with evolving automotive technology
